We are an aspiring contact centre, specializing in providing customer service, outbound sales, support and advice to B2B and B2C throughout the UK. Previously industry experience, though beneficial, is not essential as we will give full and comprehensive training to outgoing, motivated and willing candidates who can demonstrate past success in an outbound sales role. Many of our top-performing colleagues have joined us without industry experience from other B2C/B2B sectors such as recruitment and other sales roles.
The role of an Energy Consultant will involve making telephone calls to potential customers across the UK. You will be expected to present the products and services to clients in a positive and professional manner showing a sound understanding of business energy.

Requirements
Main Duties and Responsibilities -

  • Contact B2B leads, selling to prospective clients
  • Arrange gas & electricity contracts for new clients
  • Follow up existing clients renewals
  • Provide excellent customer service to existing and new customers
  • Achieve and exceed realistic sales targets
  • To represent our company in a professional and courteous manner
  • To provide and maintain accurate administration of your sales in order to process your sales commission
  • Maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to company standards
  • To present a supportive, positive and enthusiastic attitude towards the job, the company and your colleagues at all times.
  • Hours of work are Mon- Fri 9am - 5pm

Requirements
Duties of a Telesales Adviser -

  • Advise customers that have been transferred via a hotkey on the most suitable life insurance products based on their own personal circumstances
  • Build rapport with customers to establish a long-standing relationship
  • Present life insurance products in a manner that is friendly and professional
  • Handle objections/rejections by influencing customers in a positive and helpful manner
  • Sales Experience Required – Fully Paid Training In-House
  • Hours of work Monday – Friday from 10 am to 6 pm or 12 am to 8 pm
